Patty is a dedicated project manager that brings over 15 years of design and construction experience in multi-family housing. Patty's attention to detail and keen eye for design has helped G+P deliver affordable, award-winning projects throughout the DMV. Her experience includes entitlement, community engagement, new construction, and renovations. Beyond drawings and design, Patty also helps produce specifications for the Residential and Urban Design Studio, ensuring quality and consistency in every project. Her collaborative team spirit helps guide project teams in designing sustainable, affordable housing that helps to shape our communities and build resilient neighborhoods.

When Patty isn't managing projects at the office or toddlers at home, she enjoys biking, tennis, reading, or anything outdoors.
