Over 30 years ago, Melanie Hennigan joined Grimm + Parker as a newly-registered Architect. Today, she serves as President. Many of our people build their careers here.

Sixty percent of our staff has been with us for over five years, and half of those have been here for more than fifteen years. Continuing Education, Continuing Growth

When you work with Grimm + Parker, you’re working with a highly collaborative team of experts. We’re devoted to finding the best ideas together, and teaching one another.

In addition to the continuing education stipend that we provide for every employee, we conduct original research on our marketplaces.  Teams lead tours of completed projects, design critiques take place during happy hours (Pins + Pints), and we come together across offices for both social and educational events.  From our Lunch + Learn program to our involvement with both peer and client-facing professional associations, such as AIA, A4LE (formerly CEFPI), ULI, SCUP, and the ALA, you’ll never stop learning at Grimm + Parker.
