Bowie State University, Christa McAuliffe Residential Community

The new 185,200 s.f. Christa McAuliffe Residential Community is more than just place to live – it’s a complete college experience.

The 5-story, 459 bed student residences, includes 123 units of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom suites.  The building also features a 6,000 s.f. town hall with a game room, leasing center, exercise room, computer labs, a cyber cafe and meeting rooms, as well as a 4,000 s.f. campus infirmary on the lower level.

The building completes the residential Quad at the end of campus, creating private lawn areas and public yards.
