One Stop Shop / Student Success Center
Services included programming and planning as well as the design of a 68,000 GSF addition and a 39,900 SF renovation to the existing SUB 1 building. The facility houses the registrar’s office, admissions, fiscal services, University Life, Student Center Operations, Career Services, Health Services, Diversity and Multi-Cultural Resources. Complex project design requirements involved the interconnection of HVAC and life safety systems, and the reconfiguration of vehicular access and loading on a tightly constrained site in the campus core.
SUB 1 is a BCOM project that was executed in an occupied setting using a fast-track, design-build delivery model.
