The Lewinsville Full-Life Care Campus is a multi-agency effort to create a multi-service senior community and child care center for the McLean area.  An existing Senior Center and Adult Day Care Center currently share a renovated school building with 22 units of independent senior living and two Child Day Care Centers.  Included in the program for an "Aging in place" philosophy are 60 assisted living units, a 7,000 s.f. Family Alzheimer Center, 6,600 s.f. of Adult Day Care, a 7,000 s.f. Senior Center, an infant/child care center, and 22 units of independent living.  This project is the first of its kind in the country that incorporates all these types of living simultaneously.

Residents will dine in the 6,500 s.f. community dining room daily and have use of the numerous community rooms.  The Senior Village concept with interior walking streets (corridors) connects all the various activities and community spaces which include a library, lounges, a beauty salon, and an arts and crafts room.  Windows, glass walls, and distinctive signage encourage resident and community interaction.
