The Performing Arts Center at Kenmore includes: 

850-Seat Auditorium with a balcony, box seating, state-of-the-art sound and theater lighting, a full catwalk system/gallery, an orhcestra pit, orchestra pit filler/state extension, an acoustical shell, and auxiliary spaces including a set construction area with an overhead door to the outside loading area and stage, back-stage dressing/make-up rooms, and a control room connected to the catwalk system;

3,000 s.f. Black Box Theater with state-of-the-art lighting, dimming, and sound; an elevated control room, and a flexible rigging system;

3,000 s.f. Dance Studio Suite with changing/locker rooms, storage, and an office for visiting dance troupes;

Little Theater Drama Instruction Room with an independent lighting, dimming, and sound system.
