The new 97,141 s.f. Center for Applied Learning and Technology serves approximately 900 students and was constructed in an occupied setting on campus.

The building includes technology and drafting labs, art and design studios, dance and performance spaces, a commons area, an outdoor amphitheater, and an atrium cafe.

Classrooms and lecture halls are all designed as smart classes, fully loaded with technology (wireless and wired), LCD projectors, and teacher’s control podiums.

This building completes the west campus development with a walk to the main campus. As a commuter campus, parking and walking safety were paramount in the design which included walks and parking lots that are lit and monitored for safety.
