After completing the Master Plan for The College of Southern Maryland, Grimm + Parker worked with College educators to refine the program and develop this 57,000 s.f. Flagship Building that sets a strong character for the campus.

Additional spaces include a testing center, faculty offices, conference room with distance teleconferencing capabilities, bookstore, dining room, student and faculty lounge areas, and a library and media center utilizing state-of-the-art technologies.
