The 195,000 s.f. facility includes a 2,000-seat concert hall, dance production capability, music education center, and retail and foodservice areas to support the concert hall program.
This world class concert hall is a new home to the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. The design of the theater focuses on the all-glass lobby walls that illuminate the hall’s structure during evening events.
The Center includes a music school for numerous local dance Music and drama companies.
This transit-oriented development includes a parking garage that is located on adjacent property with a pedestrian bridge for direct access to the theater as well as the local transit station. The parking garage is a shared facility occupied during the day by metro users and utilized at night by the concert hall audience.
