Grimm + Parker prepared a Masterplan of the adjacent campus context areas of the Louis Goldstein Building, including the campus energy physical plant and the south campus entrance.
The Louis Goldstein Services building is a two-story, new campus academic building that includes 20,000 gross square foot of classroom, offices, and lecture hall located on the 200-year-old historic campus. Composed of steel frame with masonry exterior, the building aesthetically emulates the historic character and fabric of the existing campus while incorporating state-of-the-art technology and amenities for a progressive, collegiate academic environment.
