Calverton, MD • McLean, VA – We are unique in that we have one firm in two offices – right here in the immediate Washington Metropolitan area. Our offices are in McLean, VA – an “edge city” in northern Virginia; and Calverton, MD – a suburb between Washington and Baltimore on the Capital Beltway and I-95. We are located such because it supports our mission.

We are a community-based firm. Communities challenge us, inspire us, and collaborate with us. Working in multiple places helps us know and understand our communities and better serve them and our clients.

Our employees have choices for places to live and work – based on personal preferences and life situations. Many of our employees have changed their workplace with a change in life situation without having to give-up the benefits of working for Grimm + Parker.
